When visiting the service center, please bring your ID card and vehicle's technical passport.
Drive carefully while at the service center, maximum speed limit is 5 km/h. Once there, please wait in the designated waiting area until your service is completed.
Please note that services at Tegeta Motors are only available for products purchased on-site.
If you have made an online reservation, arrive at the branch 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
You will receive the warranty document for the purchased products at 19:00 on the day of service.
While waiting in line, please monitor your SMS messages, as you will receive the box number via text.
The waiting time after being called to the box is 5 minutes.
